What the Club is, what it costs, and what you get.
What exactly is Cee's Itinerary Club?
Cee's Itinerary Club is a boutique travel & social concierge club based in Panama City. Unlike a traditional tour company, we're a concierge-style community: we design personalized itineraries, arrange private tours and cultural experiences, and host exclusive social events for travelers, expatriates, business visitors, and locals. Together with our sister brand, The Jazzman's Club, members get access to private jazz performances, restaurant collaborations, rooftop gatherings, and immersive cultural experiences across Panama.
Is membership really free? What's the catch?
Membership is always free — there is no catch. No credit card, no trial period, no automatic charges. You only pay for the itinerary or experience you choose, and joining simply gives you access to travel inspiration, exclusive member offers, and event invitations.
What do I get as a member?
As a free member you receive:
- Curated travel inspiration and insider recommendations for Panama
- Exclusive offers on itineraries and experiences
- Invitations to social events — jazz nights, wine tastings, chef dinners, rooftop socials, sunset cruises, and more
- A personal dashboard where your questionnaires, itineraries, and saved experiences live
You only pay when you book an itinerary package or experience.
What is The Jazzman's Club?
The Jazzman's Club is our sister brand — a private social club centered on live jazz, fine dining, and cultural evenings in Panama City. Members of Cee's Itinerary Club receive invitations to Jazzman's events, including private performances and restaurant collaborations. Visit the Jazzman's page to learn more.
How It Works
From first hello to a finished, personal itinerary.
How does the itinerary process work?
Simple, in four steps:
- 1. Join free — create your member account in under a minute.
- 2. Tell us about your trip — complete the Discovery Questionnaire (about 10 minutes).
- 3. Cee designs your itinerary — built around your interests, pace, dates, and budget.
- 4. Travel with it — you receive a digital itinerary with maps, reservations, and recommendations, plus WhatsApp support on the packages that include it.
What is the Discovery Questionnaire?
It's the heart of what we do — a short, structured conversation about how you travel: your dates and trip purpose, interests (from the Panama Canal to salsa nights), budget, activity level, ordinary dining preferences, language preference, and the kind of memories you want to bring home. Your answers are what turn a generic trip into your trip. A required planning question lets you request a private follow-up. Do not enter medical, allergy, accessibility or other sensitive details anywhere in the form. Start it any time from the Questionnaire page.
How far in advance should I get in touch?
For the best result, contact us one to two weeks before your trip — it gives Cee time to design properly and secure reservations. Shorter on time? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll tell you honestly what's possible for your dates.
Packages & Pricing
Transparent "Starting at" pricing — you only pay for what you choose.
How much does a personalized itinerary cost?
"Starting at" is the base price for each package — your final quote depends on your dates, group size, and any special requests, and it's always confirmed with you before you pay. Every itinerary package is priced upfront so there are no surprises:
- Starting at $99 — The Essentials, a one-day personalized itinerary (per traveler)
- Starting at $149 — The Explorer, a two-to-three-day itinerary with WhatsApp support (for 2 travelers)
- Starting at $299 — The Insider Experience, three to five days with concierge support (2–4 travelers)
- Starting at $599 — The Signature Collection, five to seven days of luxury (2–4 travelers)
- Starting at $799 — The Honeymoon Escape, a five-to-seven-day romance-first itinerary (2 travelers)
- Starting at $1,250 — The Luxury Concierge Experience, full VIP treatment (group up to 6)
- Starting at $499 — Future Expat Exploration, a relocation discovery trip (per person)
- Starting at $499 — The Panama Foodie Passport, our signature culinary experience (per person)
See full details on the Packages page.
What's included in each package?
All itineraries are digital and personalized — no two are alike. The Essentials covers a single day with top attractions, restaurant recommendations, maps, and transport tips. Higher tiers add multi-day planning, restaurant reservations, exclusive local experiences, transportation coordination, daily updates, and concierge assistance via WhatsApp during your stay. Each package card on the Packages page lists its full inclusions.
Are prices per person or per group?
It varies by package, and we always state it clearly: The Essentials is per traveler, The Explorer is priced for two, The Insider Experience and Signature Collection cover small groups of two to four, the Honeymoon Escape is priced for two travelers, and the Luxury Concierge Experience is priced per group of up to six. The Expat Exploration and Foodie Passport are per person.
Can I customize or combine packages?
Absolutely — every itinerary is built from your questionnaire answers, so it's personal by default. Want to blend a relocation scouting day with classic sightseeing, or add the Foodie Passport to a longer trip? Tell us on the questionnaire or via WhatsApp and we'll shape it around you.
How do I pay?
Credit/debit card, bank account transfers and Zelle on the website are coming soon. Continue your payment and itinerary request on WhatsApp to confirm availability, your final quote and payment instructions directly with Cee. No real payment is processed on this website, and sending a message does not confirm a booking.
Do you book flights and hotels?
Your package covers the planning, recommendations, and coordination — flights and hotel stays are booked separately. That said, you're not on your own: every itinerary includes vetted hotel suggestions for your dates and budget, and on the higher tiers we coordinate reservations and arrival logistics for you.
What if my plans change — can I reschedule or cancel?
Contact Cee on WhatsApp as soon as your plans change. Before payment, confirm your agreed planning services, final price, delivery timing and any separate supplier booking terms with Cee.
After your finished itinerary has been delivered, planning fees are not refundable. Your satisfaction is our priority: please tell Cee about any concerns so we can discuss an appropriate solution. Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, reviewed individually. This policy does not limit any refund or other rights required by applicable law.
Your Trip
Support, logistics, and special requests while you're here.
Will I have support during my trip?
Yes. The Explorer, Insider Experience, and higher tiers include WhatsApp support during your stay — real answers from a real person, whether a reservation needs changing or you've found a place you love and want more like it. And if something goes wrong mid-trip — a cancelled reservation, a delayed flight — message us and we'll rework the plan around it. You won't be figuring it out alone in a foreign country.
What is the Future Expat Exploration trip?
It's a relocation discovery experience designed for people seriously considering a move to Panama — retirees, remote workers, and families alike. Instead of sightseeing, you spend your time answering the real questions: neighborhoods, cost of living, healthcare, visas and residency pathways, and daily life, guided by people who live it. It's priced Starting at $499 per person — details on the Packages page.
Can you arrange transportation or airport pickup?
We can. Every itinerary includes transportation guidance; higher tiers add a full airport arrival guide and transportation coordination, and we can arrange airport transfers and private drivers on request.
Do you accommodate dietary needs, mobility considerations, or children?
Tell Cee about your group and ordinary travel or dining preferences through the Discovery Questionnaire. For allergies, accessibility or other sensitive needs, choose the required planning question's private follow-up option so Cee can arrange an appropriate discussion. Do not enter medical, allergy, accessibility or other sensitive details anywhere in the form.
Do you plan corporate trips or group events?
We do. Beyond individual travelers we design corporate itineraries, business-visitor programs, team experiences, and private group events. Tell us the occasion through the contact form or WhatsApp and we'll propose something fitting.
Panama Basics
Good to know before you pack.
When is the best time to visit Panama?
Panama is a year-round destination. The dry season (roughly December to April) brings the sunniest days and is the most popular time to visit; the green season (May to November) means fewer crowds, lush scenery, and short, dramatic showers — often only in the afternoon. Your itinerary is planned around the season you're actually traveling in.
Do I need to speak Spanish?
No. Spanish is the official language, but English is widely spoken in Panama City's hotels, restaurants, and tourist areas. And if you'd love a Spanish-speaking experience — a local market visit, a neighborhood walk — tell us in the questionnaire and we'll match you (translation assistance is also part of our concierge service).
Is Panama safe for travelers?
Panama is one of Latin America's most stable and visitor-friendly countries, and Panama City's main tourist areas — Casco Viejo, the Cinta Costera, the canal area — are busy and well-patrolled. As anywhere, use the usual city sense: keep valuables discreet, use registered taxis or rideshare at night, and ask us if you're unsure about a specific neighborhood. Solo travelers and women traveling alone do it comfortably here every day — and your itinerary is built around where it's pleasant to be, day and night.
What currency does Panama use?
Panama uses the US dollar alongside the Panamanian balboa (they trade 1:1; balboas exist only as coins). Cards are accepted almost everywhere in Panama City, and our itineraries note where cash is useful — for example at local markets or on island excursions.
Should I tip in Panama?
Tipping is appreciated but not obligatory. In restaurants, 10% is customary when service isn't already included (check the bill — many places add it). Tip tour guides and drivers if you enjoyed the day, round up taxi fares, and don't worry about small everyday transactions. Your itinerary notes what's typical for each experience we arrange.
Still Have a Question?
Cee answers every message personally — usually within a day. The more you tell us, the better the answer.
